And it is not just other businesses or people trying to contact us, there are also all the companies marketing and advertising in targeted ways.
· Social networking (Facebook, LinkedIn).
· Microblogging (Twitter, Tumblr).
· Photo sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest).
· Video sharing (YouTube, Facebook Live, Periscope, Vimeo).
The secret of course is differentiating between what is useful, needed and effective compared to time wasting activities. Turning our attention to only key tasks leading to success and saying no to anything that is superfluous is paramount.
So, we should stop saying yes to interrruptions or tasks that give us little or no result.
