Calling all charities
Some things in life are a joy to do, others can be a real pain in the posterior.
Dealing with utility companies, I think you would agree, tend to be more of the latter rather than the former.
The issues range from working out the best price, understanding the utility market, sorting out issues with meters or VAT. Now, the list could go on, but then this blog might turn into a pain of a read, and that is not what blogs should be.
Instead life would be great if now and again a fairy godmother would just turn up and wave her wand to make things disappear.
Now, at Mycos, we like to think of ourselves as being on her side, helping charities through the fog that is “dealing with the utility companies”. And if this means you can therefore direct more resources, otherwise spent on gas and electric, towards your charitable goals, then the fairy godmother has done her job.
Mycos aims to take a good portion of the hassle away, reducing
down your level of admin and solving issues for you by using our expertise.
Here’s a couple of comments from two of our clients:
“Ten years ago, we started using Mycos to source the best prices for our gas and electricity. Since that time, we’ve benefited from significant savings and enjoyed a positive working relationship with Mycos. The hard work is done for us - we just have to make a decision based on the options presented.”

"Mycos have been
providing energy price advice to the Church for a number of years and are
providing an exceptional service. They monitor the prices and give
timeous advice to the Church on the best available tariff and once selected
manage the changeover in provider if required. I would
thoroughly recommend Mycos. "
